Refund Policy

1. Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return of your CardioX order. This applies to all orders regardless of location, in line with consumer protection standards including EU Directive 2011/83/EU where applicable.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Returned within 14 days of delivery.
• In its original, unopened packaging (or minimally opened for quality inspection purposes).
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order reference number).

3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer support team at support@forcewildbright.shop within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order reference, and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return address within 2 business days.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Opened products that have been substantially consumed are not eligible for return unless there is a demonstrable product defect. Promotional or sample items are non-returnable.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
